I had the most incredible experience doing the Thermal Shock Therapy (Hot and Cold) treatment from Monika today. From start to finish, Monika was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The whole experience was amazing!
The treatment began with deep cleanser and gentle face scrub, followed by hyaluronic acid application. The hot function helped increase my blood circulation and really opened up my skin, allowing all the products to absorb beautifully. Monika then put on a face mask, paired with cold function which instantly calmed my skin and left my pores feeling tightened and refreshed.
Monica also used an LED Photon Machine with Nano spray, which added a luxurious, high- tech touch to the session. She then added a lovely moisturizer and a brightening SPF , which i loved as it made my skin glowing and hydrated.
Overall, Monika was amazing- attentive, thorough, and genuinely passionate about her work. I walked out feeling relaxed, pampered, and with noticeably brighter, healthier skin. I will definitely go back.
